    BREAKING: Nigerian Senator, Ignatus Longjan, dies in Turkish hospital

    Senator Ignatius Longjan representing Plateau South at the National Assembly is dead.

    According to Sahara Reporters, a Nigerian media outfit, Senator Longjan, 75, died at a Turkish hospital where we went for an undisclosed treatment.

    Before his death, he was a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress and Vice Chairman, Senate Committee on Culture and Tourism.

    He was also the Vice Chairman of Foreign Affairs before his demise. 

    He was also a former deputy governor of Plateau State.
